We do not have an application deadline, but the earlier we receive your application, the faster you will be in our selection process!

COVER LETTER

The cover letter is your chance to introduce yourself and your personality. Your cover letter should not be longer than one A4 page. Make sure that all important information is included and that a rough structure or a common thread is recognizable.
If you have already completed an internship with us or another company, you should mention this at this point.

You would like to apply for an internship with us? If so, you can help us plan in advance by stating your desired internship period and any other possible periods in your cover letter.

Sample content:

• Who are you and what do you do?
• Why do you want to learn this profession?
• What are your ideas, plans and goals?
• What makes you protrude? What strengths / experience do you have?
• Why do you want to do your apprenticeship at baierl + demmelhuber of all places?

CURRICULUM VITAE

It's the best to write your CV in tabular form. This gives us a good overview of all your previous positions. Always start with the most recent activity and present it chronologically.

Content:

• Your contact details
• Even if it is not obligatory, we are looking to receive a recent photo of you
• Your school career
• Your previous work experience (internships, vacation jobs, part-time jobs, etc.)
• Your language skills
• Your hobbies or voluntary activities
• Other knowledge and skills

ATTACHMENTS

We are primarily interested in your most recent school reports and any internship certificates. If you have more to offer, you are very welcome to supply us with additional certificates!

You should be at least 15 years old when you begin your internship at baierl + demmelhuber. If it is a school internship, you can also get a taste of your desired profession beforehand.

An internship for students at baierl + demmelhuber usually lasts one week. This week offers you an opportunity to gain a unique insight into the typical activities of your chosen profession. Trainers, specialists and trainees will be on hand to give you advice and answer all your questions about baierl + demmelhuber and your desired occupation.

The internship should give you clarity and security in your career choice - especially if you do not know yet where your path will lead you. That's why it's important to us that you not only look over our shoulder but also try out many things for yourself - according to the motto: learning by doing!

In some occupational fields you also rotate through the company during the internship and thus get to know all relevant departments. So you get a complete all-round view!

The minimum requirement to apply for an apprenticeship at baierl + demmelhuber is a good secondary school (Mittelschule) diploma. However, we are also happy to receive applicants with "Mittlerer Reife" or "Abitur".

But much more important is: a one-week internship! We want to get to know you – and you can get to know B+D. And with commitment, enthusiasm and a positive attitude during your internship, you can convince us of your qualification.

Training enjoys a high priority at baierl + demmelhuber. We have very dedicated trainers who are available to our trainees throughout the entire training period in theory and practice for all questions and concerns.
Passing the final examinations and subsequent employment are therefore also our top priorities. Those who show their best side both in the company and at vocational school will be rewarded with a permanent position at the end of their training.

Trained out? Not at B+D! Already during the apprenticeship you can use our internal training program, which is adapted every year to the wishes and needs of our employees.

Even after the end of the apprenticeship, every team member should  continue their education. So you can use every opportunity in our B+D CareerRoom to achieve your personal career goals. We like to invest in our employees because we want to become better and better together.
