The Beer 'n' Deer Bar – a joint project welds together!

The joint projects of our trainees from all occupational groups are an integral part of our principle of encouraging and challenging trainees. Like all our trainee projects, the Beer 'n' Deer Bar is a genuine cross-departmental project. All craft, technical and commercial training departments at baierl + demmelhuber played a major role in the project and successfully realized it.
The planning and coordination was in the hands of the apprentices from the engineering department. The apprentices from our metal and wood workshops, supported by their IT and drywall construction colleagues, as well as the painters and varnishers, were responsible for the implementation. Organizational tasks, marketing and communication were handled by the office and administration apprentices.

At the B+D summer party, the trainee project was duly opened with confetti cannons and a spectacular champagne baptism. We are already looking forward to the next party, because the Beer 'n' Deer Bar will be a permanent fixture at events!
